Every time I go out to Los Angeles I see all of these totally cool things. I stopped in to get gas at what I’m calling “the hip gas station,” because as soon as I walked in to pay they had all of these LG Octane accessories. I’ve never really seen a gas station quite like this, but then I remembered where I was and figured that they were probably all like this. I ended up browsing in there for about 15 minutes, which ended up throwing me off schedule for the rest of the day. As I was filling up my tank and finishing up, I decided to go back in and buy a couple of LG phone accessories.

This was completely ill-advised because I realized that I would probably not be able to return these things if I decided to do that. But that was a few hours ago and now I was stuck with them, so I was going to have to accept the consequences of my impulse shopping. As soon as I got back to my hotel room I called my wife and told her what I did. She said that she could totally picture me doing that, which made her laugh a lot. But then she told me to swing back by there and see if they had any Samsung Infuse accessories. I told her that I wasn’t going to do that because she had laughed at me, but then she told me to do it or else she wouldn’t pick me up from the airport.
